Warren started his career in the title industry in October of 1983. He spent the next 12 years honing his skills as a title officer before being promoted to Manager and Chief Title Officer of then New Mexico Title. In this role, he handled large complex transactions twice for the Coronado Mall and various times for the Paradise Hills Golf Course.
In 1992, Warren decided to expand his skills and become a closer. For the next two years, he handled dual duties as the Chief Title Officer and as an Escrow Officer. In 1994, Warren decided his passion was in escrow, and has continued to work in this capacity for the last decade, assisting countless customers realize their dream of home and business ownership.
Warren joined Fidelity National Title in 2009, and today he assists a large base of clients that value his vast knowledge and understanding of title insurance. His meticulous attention to detail and the long-lasting relationships he’s built have made him a valuable party at the closing table.
Warren is the father of three, and is an avid racquetball player.
